We understand that plans change. Before submitting a cancellation request, we strongly recommend contacting our support team first. Most issues — technical problems, billing questions, or setup difficulties — can be resolved quickly by our 24/7 support team. We'd love the chance to make things right.
If you submitted an order but your subscription has not yet been activated (credentials not yet delivered), you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us immediately via Telegram or email with your order details and we will process the cancellation right away.
Once your credentials have been delivered and your subscription is active, the following conditions apply:
Within 3 days of activation: You may request a refund if the service is not working as described and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.
After 3 days: Cancellations are accepted but refunds are not available for the remaining subscription period. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Please include: your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and your reason for cancellation.
Smartiflix subscriptions are never auto-renewed. You will not be charged again unless you manually choose to renew. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your subscription expires so you can decide whether to continue.
All cancellation requests are acknowledged within 24 hours. Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
