1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription or accessing any part of the Smartiflix platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Smartiflix provides a premium IPTV streaming service offering access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, sports events, and entertainment programming. Content is delivered digitally via internet-connected devices including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, computers, and set-top boxes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Smartiflix reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be used by minors.

4. Account & Credentials

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
• Each subscription is licensed for use on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Smartiflix solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing your subscription without written authorization.
• Capturing, recording, or redistributing streamed content.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of our infrastructure.
• Using our service for any illegal purpose under applicable law.

6. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal — your subscription ends on the expiry date unless manually renewed. Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable local taxes.

7. Service Availability

Smartiflix strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, brief interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

8. Content & Copyright

Smartiflix does not host, own, or produce any content available through the service. We provide access to publicly available and licensed streams only. All content remains the property of its respective owners. We fully comply with DMCA regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smartiflix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use our service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time — with or without notice — if we determine a violation of these Terms has occurred. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

11. Modifications

Smartiflix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
